I’ve been looking at a subscription video security system where, if the alarm is triggered, a signal is sent to a monitoring company and they decide if they need to call the police or what have you. It’s pretty expensive if you count the full year’s subscription cost, but a friend of mine at work suggested using IP video cameras. I guess it works a little like webcams, but they’re actually full-fledged security systems that I could use myself to check in on the house while I’m at work. She didn’t know a lot about it, she said she saw it in a magazine she gets. She’s going to try to find the article for me, but I thought I’d ask around here if anyone knows about this kind of security system in the meantime. Has anybody here heard of video security systems like this?

I’m looking for a video security system that I can use to monitor my swimming pool area from inside the house. My kids are 12 and 14 years old and they are old enough to use the pool unsupervised, but I’d feel better with an IP video camera out there so that that I could keep an eye on them. I don’t need a whole battery of security systems or some giant system; I just need one camera for this very specific location. Obviously it has to be a weatherproof and wireless video security system to make everything easier to deal with.

The video security system that I installed to monitor my pool was really useful in not only monitoring my kids, but also in catching a robbery at my neighbor’s house! The IP video cameras that I set up captured everything, and my neighbor is so grateful that I installed these security systems. Because of the equipment that I found on this website, the thief was stopped and my neighbor was able to retrieve everything he stole. Technologies like this video security system is so useful and great! I wish I would have made this decision a long time ago.

I am wondering if there's a video surveillance system out there that's any good. Countless cups of coffee and internet searching later, I finally found a cool site to find a surveillance camera. Take a moment to check out Supercircuits. You may really like it. I did see a great security camera system but not sure if it is the video surveillance system I want. My company is searching for video surveillance system. I'm not sure if anyone else had this experience but it was not easy finding surveillance camera until I found this site. I don't think there is a better place to search. Supercircuits was the only place that was easy to use and had what I was looking for. I also saw an security camera system that was really cool. Love to know if anyone finds a better video surveillance system. I don't need top of the line, but I want to be in the ballpark.
